Welcome to Moon Lab. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Moon Lab and Dreamstar92 LLC, the operator of this website and store. 3. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Moon Lab reserves the right to:

  • Cancel or modify an order due to suspected fraud, incorrect information, system errors, or product unavailability.

Your order is accepted only when we send an Order Confirmation. Orders that have been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Customers must ensure all order details (name, address, email, phone number, product selection) are correct before checkout. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that purchases are for personal use, not for resale or export.

4. PRICING, BILLING & PAYMENT

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information at checkout. By submitting payment, you confirm that:

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • All delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

  • Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct, complete address. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

5A. BILLING DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

If you experience any issue with your order (delays, tracking concerns, product questions, or billing issues), you agree to contact us first at support@moonlabinterior.com so we may assist you.

By placing an order, you agree to:

  • Provide us a reasonable opportunity to resolve any issue before opening a chargeback or dispute with your bank.

  • Allow us to provide supporting documentation to dispute any chargeback we believe is invalid.

We reserve the right to refuse service, close accounts, or take legal action against fraudulent chargebacks.

All text, graphics, images, logos, and content on the Services are the property of Moon Lab or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or modify any part of the Services without written permission.

9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Shopify hosts our store and processes certain data to provide platform services. However, all purchases are made directly with Moon Lab. Shopify is not responsible for transactions or claims arising from orders placed on this store.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

Any feedback, reviews, or suggestions submitted to us may be used freely for business purposes without obligation to compensate you.
