Shipping Information – MoonLab

MoonLab is pleased to offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders >=90$ — no minimum purchase required.


Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being placed.

  • An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is in transit.

  • During peak seasons, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

  • Orders containing incorrect or incomplete information may experience delays.


Estimated Shipping Times

  • 🇺🇸 USA: 15–20 business days

  • 🌍 Other Countries: 25–30 business days

Please note:
Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to:

  • High-volume seasons

  • Customs clearance

  • Local courier delays

  • Weather or logistics disruptions

These delays are outside of MoonLab’s control.


Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

To ensure a smooth delivery, customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

  • If our system detects a potential address error, our team will contact you within 3 business days via email.

  • If we receive no response, we may place the order on hold or cancel it for safety reasons.

  • If you need to update your shipping information, please email us at support@moonlabinterior.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • While we do our best, changes made after this timeframe cannot be guaranteed.

MoonLab is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer.


Delayed Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders promptly; however, delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather

  • Transportation or customs delays

  • Carrier disruptions

  • High-volume periods

  • Payment or address verification issues

MoonLab is not liable for delays caused by external factors.
We will, however, support you with tracking updates and guidance whenever possible.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is transferred to the courier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

If your package appears lost or stolen:

  1. Contact us at support@moonlabinterior.com so we can assist.

  2. File a claim with the courier — many carriers require this directly from the recipient.

  3. We will also follow up with the carrier on your behalf.

Important notes:

  • MoonLab is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after successful delivery, as these situations fall outside our Refund Policy.

  • Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.

  • For stolen packages, we recommend filing a police report for documentation.
